Sammy thank you for reply, good someone is still paying attention:
Priority is seeing kids, but finances are also high on my list. Basically I don't want all the bills to pile up and I get a huge bill in a years time No I'm not paying child support don't get me wrong here I would be happy to but my ex made a restraining order stating I can contact her to arrange to visit/video call kids but never replies to my requests. I confirmed with the Police in Australia today she is indeed breaching her own order by doing this and they stated to note down every time she ignores these requests as its a breach, however also advised do not contact her for anything else.
I've cut off what I can in regards to bills, again I would have been open to discussing things but I not going to keep paying for her especially when her allegations are false. Thanks for the tip about relationships Australia truth be told I only stumbled across something this morning that suggested it may be the route to go I didn't know anything about it before.
I'll have to come back soon which really frustrates me as I'm KICKED OUT OF A HOUSE I'M STILL PAYING FOR UNDER FALSE ALLEGATIONS, the reason I've stayed where I am so long is the cost is of living is way lower here and I figured if I can't see my kids anyway why be miserable in a city that reminds me of them, but now I've gotten over most of the initial shock and emotion of it all its time to fight as I have been falsely accused and ex is trying to screw me over for a house, not to mention a bunch of electrical goods, wow if i knew family law I'd have never gotten involved with a woman in Australia like this.
