This is not your call to make. ...How care, work & other commitments are managed by each parent whilst they have the child/ren is a matter for them. That is the courts view.
We understand that at some point the visits will turn into unsupervised, hopefully at which stage there are enough safe guards to ensure the children’s protection.
What do you consider is adequate?
We are currently in the process of drafting a parenting plan that shows stages of progression to unsupervised time
Who are *we* .... you & your partner or you & dad? ..... & if a consent order has been submitted, why a parenting plan?
