Hello.

I am in process of evidence submission. Need to clarify the difference between the below 2 statements:
1. Submit evidences and expert witness report by 1 July 2019
2. Submit evidences including any expert witness report by 1 July 2019
Will highly appreciate the clarification between the 2 as I won't be able to arrange expert witness.

1 sounds like a reference to a particular report.
2 sounds like you can submit additional expert reports.

Hard to be sure without the surrounding context.

If you are claiming discrimination the orders may relate to whatever condition is being claimed as the basis for discrimination.
