I have a justifiable fear of someone in my family, so I have been granted Silent Elector status which means, when I move (which will be soon), they wont know my new address. There may be court proceedings coming up regarding this person, so therefore an expectation to put my address on forms or to have a document served on me. How can I protect my address in these cases?

Your "address for service" (as it's called) can be your lawyer's office.
