Advice please. ART decision is being appealed by paying parent of child support and the next step is formulating my response to the GAP referral application. Paying parent has provided in his GAP application what look suspiciously like a fake residence ID document and utilities bill to persuade the panel he’s not in a reciprocating jurisdiction, these documents have not been forthcoming at any stage prior to now. I am unable to have the original electronic documents and a significant portion of the details have been redacted. Paying parent has indicated on his application that he doesn’t want a hearing and has no further evidence to provide. How do I tackle this please?
