For us, we get a tax invoice uploaded to my husband's MyGov account at the end of each month and then we forward the money via BPay to CSA at the beginning of the next month. CSA then deposits the money into the mother's account at some time in the following two or three weeks.

Thank you AllForHer...I hope CSA will get in touch with me so I can give them the bank details if indeed they have already collected from the hubby. I truly believe CSA is best for my son...

Just have to take the delay of the sending of the support with more patience and i hope i will be able to sustain my son's expenses until it comes...two to three months is quite heavy without the support...but you are right, it is only the beginning that will be hard...the moment everything falls into place, I'm sure it will get better...thank you so much...
