The lawyer acting for my siblings has written that my mother's will (since diagnosed with dementia) and medical certification confirming capacity will not be provided despite my request for them. Can NCAT serve summons for those documents, as my situation is a financial abuse matter encompassing inheritance, entitlement, EPOA support etc. Thank you
