NSW Licenced premises liability?

10 year old son was filmed in a toilet under the stahl on licenced premises by a contractor of the premises. Police investigation is underway . Is the licenced premises liable for civil action when / if the contractor is found guilty?

As a general principle, no, a person is not liable civilly for the criminal acts of another.
