I have never been charged or convicted of any offense in Australia or anywhere. I left Australia in 2013 and have not returned. In 2016, a police officer I knew in SA(we had a personal dispute) called me on my overseas number and said that he would have me arrested at any airport if I ever returned to Australia. The dispute came from some internet online matter when he was in Australia and I was overseas. Is that possible to arrest me for an offence he says I did when not even in Australia?
