Hello, I work night shift. There is an increasing level of situations, that have made me fear for my safety and also require an accurate description of an event that has taken place. Can I wear a body Camera whilst on the job. My job is Garbage collection all throughout the streets of the CBD and greater Brisbane area, and in Parks and Gardens.

I don't need it at the depot , I work alone and I don't want to secretly record anyone.

You can wear one. Sure. Just like my kids do at the skate park to show off their skills.
I'd run it past your boss though.
Next - will the cops use the footage if there is a problem. Sure, they're likely to look at it. Just like they'll look at dash cam footage. Will it be admissable in court? dunno.
