First look at your contract and see what that says about which laws/jurisdiction applies. If silent, file in the local Maggies Court.
Hi Rod, There was no contract as such. Just a written agreement via text of the items sold and agreement to deliver. By local Maggies Court, do you mean my local in VIC?
