I consented with out admission to a DVO. The only evedence was text messages non abusive or threatening. The text were us arguing about access to the kids. However in tge application my ex has accused me of having a history of DV which is not true and false allegations. She has shown the non admission DVO application to all my friends and family who now believe that i am guilty and havexall turned there back on me. I have obtained her original DVO application she tried to get through the police under the right to information and she has confirmed no history of DV and that she is not on fear and the police refused to take out a DVO on myself as i was not a threat. Can i use this to fight and over turn the DVO and get her charged for false allegations and perjury?
