My partner has been served with a ridiculous DVO by his ex-wife based on Facebook comments. The comments that were specified in the DVO were true, factual, not libellous, did not mention her name, nor were rude or even directed at her.
She had blocked the account that they were made in, therefore she had found another way to access the account, which had settings set to private, not public. She states emotional injury from them. She has also accused him of sending private messages to other people from a 'fake' Facebook account, which she alleges belongs to him. He knows nothing about this. Is it worth it/possible to contest this?
This is the third DVO she has tried to serve against him. He does not speak with her unless it is about their joint children, and that is only via text message. He has not physically seen her since 2016.
