My ex falsely accused me of a crime, and took my kids, i was found not guilty on all charges i have a dvo still (consent without admission), with exceptions to see my two children with a consent order or in writing etc.
I have mediation coming up and am wondering what i should be asking for e.g 50/50 time with the kids, etc?
My family lawyer wants to take it to court as my ex made these false allegations , committed witness tampering and perjury and my lawyer want to show the court this person should not be in control of the children.
I've also been advised to take any offers for the interim between mediation and court.
