Hello! In Australia, it is my belief that the only state in which a parent and a child could file an application for irreconcilable differences between a parent and a child is the state of Victoria (please correct me if I am wrong). Unfortunately, the family who this application would involve, all reside in the state of New South Wales. Would it be possible to file the application in the court of Victoria (or perhaps another state) or is there a way to file a similar application under New South Wales, or are we all just out of luck? Thank you for taking the time to read this :)
