NSW Hi, my ex is not following parenting orders and not making my daughter available for pickup outside of the house. She is 14 years plus now. Any help?

Have you got any capacity to contact your daughter? Look if this is th child of the 14yr old, then it is hard to achieve anything through the court system.

Unfortunately there is no way to contact my daughter directly. I don’t have her number. It looks like mother is threatening her not to go with me. She was seeking zero contact with father but did not get those orders. She is trying to achieve the same by doing this now.

No avo right now. There was one that expired in 2017. It wasn’t against the child. I was having unsupervised time with her until final hearing in 2019.
Post that I got 2 overnights in a fortnight which is not happening unfortunately.

get the cops to do a welfare check and ask if the child would like to come with you...

Did that already. First time they did the check. Second time they refused saying “you are harassing your ex..”.

And asked me to go to lawyers as this is family law matter and they can’t do much. Already spent 150k to get the orders which are of no use now :(
