Docupedia - your reference to statutory demand. Is there a time limit? for example if the damages were awarded in 2010 is it too late? I know it seems ridiculous they have not done anything until now, but they have been battling major health issues which has totally incapacitated them.

just realised what statutory demand was, you know something it wouldn't be relevant. This company is one of the largest ASX listed companies in Aust.

It was in NSW.

Which Court? It may have been a Federal Court (FCA or FCCA) in NSW.

And how long ago approximately? Saying "over 5 years" is not helpful to me, it could have been 30 years ago. Saying 2010 is better, but exact year will be best.

I suspect a garnishee order is easiest.

OK, ta.

12 years, and your friend should be filing in the FCCA for enforcement.

Justice Connect has a good fact sheet. Enforcing Federal Circuit Court orders
