QLD Sex Offender Rules about Living with Accused

Hi, I just wanted some info regarding a situation involving people I know. If someone is accused and jailed for r**e, and the person who accused them gets the charges dropped, and they are released but placed on the Sex Offender Registry for a term of 5 years, are they allowed to be living with the person who accused them and put statements in on them and are they allowed to be living with their children also. The alleged crime was not against the children.

Is there any way I can find out what those conditions are without asking the persons involved?
