If a person had made a purchase of a product for personal use from an individual and was supplied with a FAKE product and tried to recover their money without success. (the person has texts, phone records and app activity to support the facts) and the person who ripped them off went and made false, misleading and malicious statements to Police to have that person put under surveillance for a crime that they are not committing. What should the person do? It seems to be quite a large operation, so the person who has made the false accusation must have really put quite a good story together. The person who is subject to the operation isn't really scared because they know that they haven't done anything wrong other than to be foolish, however they still feel somewhat concerned given the size and magnitude of the operation.
Any advice would be very helpful regarding this situation. Many thanks.

Your post is confusing to say the least. However, what I can say is this:

Involvement in the sale of drugs will tend to lead to police investigations...
