VCAT orders state the respondent as - XXXX Pty Ltd (company name with ACN). At the end of the VCAT orders, there is an "appearance" section with the respondent's name. This is the sales guy name working for this company.

Question - which name should be used in the affidavit? i.e. Company name or sales person name (appeared for VCAT) or builder's name (owner of the company)?

Appreciate your help!
