My wife is going for brain surgery no later that 2/5/25 and we have 4 girls with child safety and still fighting to have the back and contesting a very questionable investigation which is another story. We are telling them the news tomorrow and I believe there should be legal requirements in place as well as a set of procedures/protocols in place within child safety for these types of situations and struggling to get any information from cps or the internet. Any help regarding this will be greatly appreciated.
