VIC Purchased a pet online and now owner sends messages every single day asking to see pictures. At what point does it get out of hand?

I purchased a pet blue tongue lizard last week and the owners were a couple with a young teenager as its owner.
Everything went smoothly and the next morning received a text from the mother that her son misses his pet and would like to see photos of his new home and enclosure. I sent a couple and the next day received texts again and messages through the website too from her asking for more photos.
Am I obliged?
Why would she keep asking and should I just block them?
