quick question.........

the main witness to my case has never filed an affidavit for the courts. well did one and refused to sign it and the other party (mother in my case) has subpoheanoed her to appear at trial. the ICL in our case refused to subpheona this witness for fear she is unrealiable but she is the one who started all this drama 14months ago. would be very risky for the other party involved to bring this witness to court i would think as she will be hostile to now ordered to appear and i know her personally she wouldnt like it. The whole case with me and my ex revolves around this person and the things she said the night we broke up to the mother of my child in what seems anger and spite.
