The NCAT issued an order for my owners corporation to refund me money. It hasn't complied and I've since registered the amount with the local court for enforcement. I'm not clear on what would be the best next step.

It seems a garnishee order would be the most appropriate? The owners corporation can get the money by issuing a special levy which was part of the NCAT orders but owners have now formely decided they don't want to pay. There are insufficient funds to garnish from the bank account but this will be replenished at the end of December when a general levy is due. Otherwise should I consider a writ of property? The amount is under $10k but I don't think there's enough property available to fulfil that amount (a few tools and pot plants). There is the building/land itself but it seems absurd to seize a $40million building for such a small debt.
