Hi there, I had a credit card debt with bank west n they have me no help to deal with debt n I had a baby n no money. They sold debt after terrible harassment and collector defaults every month on my credit report. I had a home loan with an account with credit card. They closed the line of credit account and charge me a high rate of interest on my home loan. Debt was 2000 I had no money for years and work now and debt was sold again both he and credit Corp. I’m sick
Of bank west ripping me off and when my young child went in to open an account for savings they wouldn’t let her have one and the sales person came out and said haven’t you paid your debt yet. What can I do? The last default was 2017 but the defaults have been going to approx 10 years
