"Failing agreement".. an 'interim' agreement outside court orders has been made in order to accommodate the children sporting attendance to be in effect during the children's rugby league/soccer season.
Question. In the event either party wishes to all of a sudden disagree with the interim/standing agreement outside court orders.. does the court orders then resume? Or does the interim agreement made outside court orders stand until both parties can agree on new agreement/resumed court orders?
