Protection of privacy of new wife against demands of contact details from ex-wife

In the context of parenting matters, is it legal for my ex-partner to demand that I provide the private mobile phone number of my new wife who is not implicated in any wrong-doing and is not a party in the case?

Unless you have a parenting order (interim or final) AND that order specifically says you must supply that mobile number for some reason, then you don't have to
