I was given a move on order. 4 hours after my ex was taken to police station. The police came back to my house and removed me and my 2 little girls. While me ex was still at police station. After a ccc investigation I was given an apology. Its been 2 years . My oldest kids have not spoken to me since that day. Beliving i had been in the wrong. Also I had to start my life over again. My ex gave me nothing. Now the question is. I'm going for compentation. Is it malicious or ? Has any one herd of any other cases. Thanks
