Loan Not Paid - Can Apply for Resident Permit?

I was a student in Australia in 2008. I took a bank loan in 2010 and I return back to my country without paying it and without completing my course. I wanted to apply for the visa again.

Is there any chance of me applying for the visa? If I apply for a visa, what are the consequences? Will there be chances of refusal of visa or will I be deported by immigration at the airport?

Hi, I think it would be likely that you either won't get a visa or if you do, you may be detained for defaulting on the loan.
