I know to some, approaches like these may seem crazy (or something as such)...but to me, depending on situation (for you there has already been previous docs involvement) it is a sensible approach. Ensures records are more complete if there is any future need for them...hopefully, for the kids sakes, there will never be any need to pull them up.
