Hi everyone.

Under Family Law, when full disclosure of everything is requested, how far back can we go? If I felt things weren't adding up in 2012, can I request statement details back that far, as I am expected to pay for half of a personal loan and a credit card that isn't in my name?

When I started digging deeper into finances, I found nearly 20,000 had been deposited into his account that was undeclared. When questioned, I was told to mind my own business. What is involved and how honest/dishonest is the other party able to get away with being?

Thanks in advance

Well, I'm presently getting together my financials from 2011 that he has requested! So that's a yes, you can def go back to 2012.
