Court Process

Hi All,

I wanted to ask a question regarding court process, I have read the actual processes etc, however wanted to know if anyone has first hand experience either going through the process or working within the system.

Indictment charge for various charges of obtaining property by deception (charged with just over 100K) (plus some other charges - dealing with proceeds of crime)
What would the process look like if
-Amount is being disputed
-Likelihood of amount being reduced, likely.

How many court appearances could you be looking at?

There are too many possibilities and permutations to succinctly answer. These are serious charges and need close analysis prior to proceeding.
