QLD Can Friend Cash Out Superannuation at 50 Years Old?

Hi.

Friend of mine worked in Aus for about 10 years. He generated some money into his superannuation (4 different "providers").

My friend is 50 years old. He will never go back to Australia as far as I know. He lost his permanent residency there. He has an EU passport.

Do you foresee any potential problems in "cashing out" right now? Also, can he "cash out" to a foreign bank account?
