Purchased a 2012 kia sportage 7 weeks later car had major engine failure!! Ehile driving it. In America this car was part of a kia recall spoken to dealer and they want to repair car. The car is on contract is it in my rights to ask the dealer to rescind my contract and refund my deposit and two payments i have made?
