Can someone help why it is so difficult to find a lawyer with balls to go up against corrupt Credit Corp? Why is the Bankruptcy Act on the side of a corrupt creditor (Credit Corp)?

Credit Corp has declared me bankrupt over a debt that is not my debt. Now I am loosing my home over a $5k debt that is not my debt.

The trustee is claiming $130k in fees which I can not get reviewed by the courts or AFSA until I pay the $131k? That does not sound right to me.

Cannot find a lawyer that can help me in South Australia!

Wasn't the debt able to be challenged in court, before it got to the point of a creditor's petition?
