Can someone confirm if this is right?

I did not voluntarily declare bankruptcy but was declared bankrupt through the courts while I was in the hospital.

1. As a Bankrupt, I have very little rights.
2. The Trustee can freeze my bank account
3. The Trustee does not have to confirm the debt of any creditor that comes out of the woodwork until I pay the Trustee any debt that any creditor that comes out of the woodwork before I can lodge a review through AFSA
4. The Trustee can claim any amount has his/her fees and again I can not have that reviewed until all the claimed fees have been paid.

If all of the above is correct, then how, as a so-called non-corrupt society, can the above can occur? How can that be fair, someone can be evicted from their house over outrageous Trustee Fees and Creditor that claim a debt that is bogus?
