WA 457 Visa and Immigration Law - Length of Time of Results?

We lodged mine and my wife's application for a 457 visa on 27th October 2015. Any Idea about the processing time that we should expect? I mean, is there any standard timeline that we should follow under Immigration Law?

Hi Jagat

The processing of 457 (Temporary work) visas can take anywhere up to 90 days for straightforward applications where all required documents are supplied.

The more complex applications where the required documents are incomplete, missing, unclear or in some other way do not meet the requirements to approve an application may take longer than 90 days.
