My wife has left and I am still in the house. Can I stop her coming over anytime she likes? I am staying in the house for the time being.

Hi Sean,

Do you jointly own or lease the home? If its in both names, then you both have equal right to be there and there is not much your ex can do, short of obtaining a sole-occupation order or a restraining order, to prevent you from returning or entering the property.
