My question is of harassment to extended family of a dvo holder. An incident has occurred where a family member of a person holding a dvo has been intimidated threatened abused and received texts to the same. What can be done and can a family have a dvo be issued. This person who was threatened is an adult and has saved the texts which also threaten their mother who is living with a disability. The person who was threatened has previously been bashed by him and his partner, she held them down while he bashed her and taken to court where he lied through his teeth. The latest incident happened on public transport that records each trip. Your help would be appreciated.
