If I have video footage about something I am alleging, what do I have to do pre Court to prove that that footage was taken but between certain times? I understand I can do a declaration stating that it was taken at that time but I want to show the timestamp of that video using the metadata to prove that that video was taken at that time.

Is there a way that this can be verified so that it will be accepted as evidence in Court?

So much more information is needed to answer this correctly. What device was it filmed on? Would the content help identify a timeframe? Do supporting statements corroborate the footage? Is Meta Data available?
