QLD Unpaid Invoice - Email Attached to Quote Used as Evidence?

I have done work in QLD for a third party on a quote. Is the email attached to the quote able to be used as legal evidence as it contains information that was left out of the official quote and which is now being disputed?

You probably can. To clarify, did you provide a quote for services at a price and now the customer is alleging a different set of services or disputing the price?

What court or tribunal are you planning to apply in? Was there a contract between you and the customer? If so, does the contract just walk about the quote or also make reference to outside discussions and documents?
