Hello, I am a single parent from India. The custody case is not finalized yet in Indian court. Also I have filed for divorce in 2019, but the case is not settled yet. We as a family have Aus PR in 2018 but I haven't been able to travel. Meanwhile, my husband has already travelled to Australia he is settled there from 2019 onwards . However due to child I am struggling to travel. Childs father is not giving any consent form to travel to any other place out of India for me. Wanted to know if I will be able to travel with my child to Australia now even though I have applied for divorce. Also, I am the main applicant for the PR. What will be rights as a single parent who is taking care of the child. Even though the custody orders have not been released from court, will it affect my travel and settlement in Australia.
