Hello, I am trying to figure out how to correctly calculate the dates of an exclusive agency appointment. The Property Occupations Act Section 103 states that the maximum term of appointment is 90 days and I am led to believe that this is inclusive of the start date 2-12-20 and end date 2-03-21 which would then be 91 days. However the Acts Interpretation Act Section 38 (1) says that when you calculate the term of appointment you exclude the first and last day. So which is correct?
