Hello

I am under 18 student and applying for a student visa from Nepal and I don't have any close relative (means the relation of blood) in Australia. However, my brother's friends have already got a Permanent Residency in Australia.

Is it possible to get a guardianship from their side? If yes, how much is the charge and what documents should I have and what should be their role?

So, you are in fact 18 already?

So when you say
...I am under 18 student...
you actually are not?

I am not sure exactly what you are trying to achieve here?

Sir, I am asking you about this matter about my brother. Can you tell me about exact rules? I am a teacher and I have been teaching in military school.

Sorry it's not your fault cause I had not informed you about the details of my queries.
