When completing a caveat application, what do you write in the area titled 'Estate or Interest Claimed'? Isn't this covered in the Grounds of claim section?

I am not too familiar with lodging caveat applications. However, I imagine you should write something such as "legal or equitable interest" and "written or unwritten interest". It could just be a summary of the grounds. Or the grounds could contain facts that give rise to your interest but the "estate or interest claimed" question is asking for the actual interest you are claiming over the property.
