I have a warrant for my arrest in NSW for skipping bail from over fifteen years ago. I have since been pulled over multiple times all over Australia for RBT and never had an issue, I’ve never been charged with any other offenses in this time either. I was arrested once for assault in QLD but not charged by police due to it being self defence and was released. The NSW warrant was never mentioned even after a full check and being detained in the police station. I have recently renewed my passport and just wondering how I’m going to go travelling overseas later this year. I will be travelling via Brisbane International airport. Will I be stopped on exit or re entry??
