having just received a summons(amended ? )to appear that the cops thought it ok to attend my mums retirement village & leave with her ! ( another issue altogether ), if i do attend I want to have been given all relevent documentation I'm entitled to.
Therefore if contacting Police Prosecution beforehand what is the full list of evidence I'm legally entitled to or more to point, are they obligated to provide me should i ask ?
I guess more & better particulars re the information details of alleged offence is a start . But can I ask for statements from the attending officers ? Investigation diary notes? call logs etc. from any alleged contact attempts made to me ?
I recall reading a bit of a list of "givens" to request from them but can't seem to find again.
