QLD How to Obtain Copy of Affidavit of Service?

Hi there,

We are trying to recover a debt through QCAT. We're preparing a request for decision by default form and realised that the Bailiff we had paid to serve the original claim had not supplied us with a copy of the Affidavit of Service.

We have tried calling him, texting him and emailing him but no reply. Is there any way we can get a copy of this document? Or is there anybody that oversees Bailiff activity?

Did he send it direct to QCAT? How long have you been trying? Have you contacted the court where he works? Maybe he has gone on holidays.
