There is this guy who has multiple profiles on Grindr, a gay dating app. Met him once and now he is threatening me that he secretly filmed me and going to show my boyfriend. I shouldn't have cheated I know, but I did.

Please help me as this will ruin my life. What can I do?

Firstly, have you contacted Grindr and notified them of the behaviour of this person?
Secondly, you should report this person to the police straight away.
Filming someone doing a private act (e.g. undressing, having a shower, using the toilet, performing a sexual act) and filming someone's private parts are criminal offences punishable with imprisonment. There are other, additional penalties if you are under the age of 18 or 16.
