Hi I have been through 2 lawyers who collaborate with my parents but won’t let me speak ever only listen and forced to follow advice without choice.

I’ve just fired the third one, I need someone to follow my game plan to discredit a lieing ex once I get this to a jury as she is protected and it’s the ultimate setup to creating miss trails it’s a joke. Lawyers have reputations and relationships making it difficult so many lies I’m told and stories change throw off etc etc

I’ve exercised my right to silence where possible been locked up tortured physcologically abused to try be broken now I can’t choose to plead guilty or not guilty. I honestly reckon it’s open closed with a jury these magistrates and the laws they created are a plan to try control us I’m starting to think.

I see it’s been a while since you posted, but I just wanted to ask if anyone here has used Legal Aid or a community legal centre to find a good lawyer? I’ve heard mixed things, but they might be an option if money is tight. Curious if someone found a solid lawyer through there or if it’s better to go straight to private firms with good reviews.

I went through something similar last year and ended up calling a few Injury Lawyers just to see who explained things clearly and didn't make me feel rushed. Some offered a free first consult, which helped a lot in figuring out who seemed to actually care. I found that asking how they usually handle claims like mine made a big difference in getting honest answers.
